It’s hard to spot patterns when you can only see part of the puzzle. That’s why we made Outreach: a suite of tools to put the pieces together and take early and preventive action.

INFORMING USERS: Raise awareness, increase understanding, and build implementation buy-in through broad dissemination of information: Launch meetings, focus groups, and targeted conversations with key stakeholders.
USER-DRIVEN FORMING: Identify user-led project teams of early adopters that inform platform configuration to create optimal deployment. Key question in this stage is identifying minimum effective dose for maximum uptake.
