Until now, there was no uniform system to house critical information, leaving it siloed among teachers, counselors, healthcare, social services, and law enforcement. It’s hard to spot patterns when you can only see part of the puzzle. That’s why we made Outreach: a suite of tools to put the pieces together and take early and preventive action.

Problem

INFORMING USERS: Raise awareness, increase understanding, and build implementation buy-in through broad dissemination of information: Launch meetings, focus groups, and targeted conversations with key stakeholders.
USER-DRIVEN FORMING: Identify user-led project teams of early adopters that inform platform configuration to create optimal deployment. Key question in this stage is identifying minimum effective dose for maximum uptake.
