Outreach Hub is a single-point workspace to allow multidisciplinary stakeholders at state, regional, and local levels enabling real-time collaboration, communication, and case management of existing data to create a standardized prevention strategy with real-time dashboards that hot-spot areas of concern.
Outreach Coordinate is a customizable, client-configured system that allows for connection of existing systems and processes to systems such as social services, judicial, and law enforcement. A primary function is notifying users that critical information may be available in other systems.
Outreach Tools are an extensible set of features that assist users through customizable forms, multi-organization single sign on, referrals, alerts/notifications, guardian identification systems, and integrated learning management.
Outreach Data Broker is a high-level secure data framework that assists in eliminating redundancies, improving workflow, increasing security, and normalizing data while reducing workload, enhancing reliability and data quality.
