USER-DRIVEN FORMING: Identify user-led project teams of early adopters that inform platform configuration to create optimal deployment. Key question in this stage is identifying minimum effective dose for maximum uptake.
Early Adopters/ Frictionless Deployment
EARLY ADOPTERS: Initiate access for early adopters. Onboarding process includes orienting early adopters and initial users to the platform. Extending impact through training and technical support and creating networks of trained users to lead community teams. Initiating grassroots marketing strategy to rapidly build user uptake.
FRICTIONLESS DEPLOYMENT: Trained community team leaders and regional leaders onboard peers, create energy and engagement based on ease of use and effectiveness of outcome.
Self-Sustaining Community of Users
COMMUNITY OF USERS: Network growth of trained users, built through ongoing peer and product engagement and training, led by regional leaders following a train-the-trainer approach with key community technology supports.
OUTREACH SUPPORT: Product support and guidance through integrated Learning Management System and technical support call center.
